ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES

When the community of Magrath was first established, an encumbrance was registered against each lot to set up the homeowners association. This allows the Association to collect an annual fee from all homeowners. The Fees are for the period January to December of each year.

Invoices will be sent in early January of each year and are due and payable by February 28 of the same year. 
The fees for 2026 are due February 28, 2026.

2026 Fee Amounts

Tier I Magrath Mansion $121.13
Tier II Single Family $255.00
Tier III Summit $382.50

Payment may be made by cheque, money order or RentCafé* to the address on your invoice, made payable to Magrath Heights Homeowners Association (MHHA).
